As Fairway's in-house divorce lawyer, Brittany provides support to our Resolution Experts by consulting on individual client matters as well as providing updates on local and national law. She provides legal advice and support where it is needed and ensures that our offices are equipped with a thorough understanding of current family law in Calgary and Alberta and the legal process. Furthermore, she prepares legal documents such as prenuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, separation agreements and marriage agreements.

Jerusha Letal brings a passion for helping people to her role as a Resolution Expert. Caroline brings nearly 30 years of financial experience to her mediation practice. She is a successful financial planner, divorce financial analyst, speaker, and entrepreneur passionate about mediation as a better path through the separation and divorce process.

Darien Roy is passionate about helping people transition smoothly through separation and divorce. Darien’s naturally calm demeanour, coupled with her extensive experience with alternative conflict resolution, makes her an asset to her clients. The autonomy of everyone involved is critical, and Darien works to ensure everyone has the knowledge and guidance needed to make informed decisions.

As the Client Success Manager, Carima functions as a bridge between the client and the greater Fairway team. She is compassionate, caring and interested in always providing her best for clients. An organized individual with a high level of patience, confidence, and analytical and conflict resolution skills, she provides support to our Resolution Experts on matters affecting individual client case files. In addition, her positive energy and a high degree of empathy ensure our clients feel supported throughout.

Lola serves as a trusted advocate for Fairway clients. There is no client issue too small for Lola to address with speed and grace. Her proactive coaching ensures our Ally clients move through the Fairway process feeling supported throughout.

Marnie Lowe is an intuitive healing coach who works with our Fairway Ally clients to address the root cause of limiting blocks and patterns in life. Ally is our premier process for couples with more complex separations that also focuses on life beyond divorce.
